We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at glucoralabs@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +54 11 3092-7412 with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us right away at glucoralabs@gmail.com so we can make it right at no extra cost to you.
